Actually this child is from Mexico and was kidnapped for ransom, the ransom was paid and the child's body was later dumped in a parking lot with her possessions. As I recall, she most likely died from asphyxiation because the covered her entire mouth with tape, and she vomited and choked on her own vomit. I remember when this happened, this was at least 4 or 5 years ago.
